Call for Abstracts and Session Proposals – IENE Conference 2026

The deadline for abstract submissions to the IENE Conference 2026 has been extended to 24 April 2026.

This extension offers additional time for researchers, practitioners, planners, and organisations to prepare and submit their contributions. The conference provides a unique platform to share knowledge, exchange experiences, and discuss innovative solutions at the interface between nature and infrastructure.

We welcome abstracts addressing a wide range of topics, including ecological networks, impacts of transport infrastructure, wildlife movement, transport planning, nature connectivity, and new approaches to integrating biodiversity considerations into infrastructure development.

Whether you are working on research, policy, planning, or practical implementation, we strongly encourage you to take advantage of this extended deadline to contribute to the conference programme.

If you have already started preparing your submission, now is an excellent opportunity to refine and finalise it.

For full submission guidelines and detailed information about the conference, please visit the Call for Proposals: https://www.iene2026.info/call-for-proposals

The IENE Conference 2026 will take place in Bristol, United Kingdom, from 21 to 26 September 2026. We look forward to welcoming participants from across Europe and beyond for a rich and engaging exchange.
